I don't know if anyone noticed this, but there is a big problem as I see it with how the Discount is calculated. I purchased A very very large area in one by one plots. I bought these in rows one after another. The trouble is that the first one purchased had like a 23% discount and one by one the discount increased. But as I got towards the last one the discount was up to and over 50%. So I then went back to the first plot and it was still around 20%. Now the nice thing is that as I own all of it currently they all even each other out. But say I release these plots to people one by one, some will have nice benifits and some will suffer.

I really think that as land is purchased in a givin area all plots that are existing should have an automatic adjustment, evening out the total discount between all neighboring plots.

As it stands like this, big developements can be hindered by the unfair discounts. In which people would be steared towards prime realestate.

Actually I think the discount is recalculated each time land is purchased, just not for when its sold. That way you always get your money back, and there is no way to work the system.

So if you release one of your plots that is only at 20% discount, the next person who buys it should get the full neighbor discount. At least thats how I thought it worked.
