SL Voice and Netgear WNR2000

Hi,
Does anyone know how to get incoming voice chat to work through a Netgear WNR2000 ?
the person at the other end can hear me but I only hear them once in a while.
I know its the problem because if I put back my old router/gateway voice works fine.
NB this is to a wired PC not wireless (thats the next step LOL)

I see the very first feature listed is a Parental control to block "unsafe" content or access. You might have that configured incorrectly.
