When i try to put on a jacket (bought or made myself) all my clothing turns white.
It only happens with jackets, not with pants, tops, shirts, skirts
Cant't be my computer because same thing on my laptop.
And only with my main ava, not with my alt.
Supplied a ticket, got an answer : run a caracter test, etc. I did all of that but the problem stays.
I hope somebody on this forum can help me. Thanks

System specs are useful.

The exact and complete text of the support ticket question and answer might be interesting or useful, if only in evaluating how well the support sytem is doing.

System specs at a minimum would mean the information about your system that you can highlight, copy, and paste from the Second Life viewer's Help, About Second Life dialog. More detailed system info would include the make and model of your computer and the version of graphics driver software such as what version of Catalyst.

You might also do a forum search for phrases like " corrupt jacket" or "white jacket" and such.

You could also check the jira at jira.secondlife.com. It has a search field at the top right. You can put phrases like "white jacket" or "corrupt jacket" into the search field.

I suspect you might need to use a different version of video driver.
