okay so after about a couple weeks of playing Second Life-- randomly out of nowhere my PC gave me a warning that there is a corrupted file for second life. this really never happened before but now it does. I tried restarting SL, restarting my PC, uninstalling reinstalling SL and nothing seemed to work. afterwords my Mozilla Firefox randomly got corrupted files, so i scanned my PC, i found some infections, removed them, and it still didn't work for me. I know that clearly-- Second life is giving me something, not sure what but when i download it, my Firefox doesn't work properly along with SL.I finally got to the point of frustration to reformat my hard drive. after about 2 hours of reformatting i downloaded it again and after 5 minutes of playing it logged me off, when i got on, the same message came up again and my Firefox got corrupted AGAIN. I have also tried downloading the program from different websites including the official website.

now I'm up to the point where I'm pretty much fed up with second life and I'm not downloading it again. So if anyone can give me some advice, please give me some

What other websites are you downloading SL from?

If you decide to reformat again, you might try downloading SL from the company website without installing firefox and see what happens.
