Hi!
When going in to SL, I get a window that tells me that I need an update. It asks me if I want to download the update. I click yes and my main window disappears and nothing happens!!
???

It's a common bug. For a lot of people, the "download update" stuff doesn't work. You can just go to the SecondLife website and download the latest version.
