Knowledge Base - no access

I can't access the knowledge base anymore. It used to work when I first signed up, but somewhere since then it stopped and is now asking me for a "Support Login" User ID and Password. This seems to be a problem with authentication forwarding to custhelp.com? I did change my SL password since the knowledge base last worked for me.

If I have to log in there as well, it's not with my SL Firstname Lastname, as that seems to be completely unknown to custhelp.com.

Clearing cookies did not help.

The Second Life Knowledge Base doesn't always catch-up with changed password right away -- I've updated your information directly and you should have access again.

I had changed the password some weeks ago, but as the KB did still not let me in today, I figured maybe changing it again would help because it might have missed the change. Thats why I changed it again today. Your manual update seems to have fixed it.

I have been a member for about a month and have never been able to access the Knowledge Base. I began a thread earlier about this, but only one person responded. They were having the same problem. As of this afternoon, I am still unable to access the KB.

You're now active as well Zak -- the KB had an issue because of a previous account on the same email, but it's been sorted and you should now have access with your SL name and password.

Anyone else having trouble with the KB -- send a note to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email].
