here is my today problem..........after placing my new house on the land i wanted to change the landing point......i did change and set it to the new position but......no matter what i do it kept me spawning at the old one.........and that old landing point is now in the middle of a wall after i put the house......well it gets even worse, now i can easily walk out of the house through the walls just as the house is not there..........house appears ok......and my friend can use it normally.......walking up the stairs etc......but i cant step on it........i can walk through it and fly through it as if not there.....
please help......in both things......setting the landing point and making the house "solid"

I never have much luck with landing points myself. Sometimes they take, sometimes they don't. I've never been able to figure out what, if anything, I'm doing wrong when it doesn't work. Hopefully someone will have a better answer.

Is the parcel at a sim boundary?
Do you pay Linden Lab for the land or pay a resident?
Is the land group owned?
If you give us the location of the land we can see if it seems solid to us.

well its ok now...............the problem was that no matter what u do setting the landing point if the land your standing on is set as HOME it will kept the landing position at the place u were standing in the moment when setting the HOME under the WORLD in menu........ ..........and the house is now just fine and solid thanx to everyone, closing this one..............such a good feeling shtax |
