Please help me take off this demo skin. It turned me into a midget. Using my inventory is a nightmare. I have tried everything to take off this skin demo.

Hi Chery, a Skin can't change your size, that must be the shape. Try to wear another shape. If you still can't change the skin, then clear your cache and restart SL. Then try again to wear another Skin.

Thank you Georg. I am indebted to you FOR life. LOL
I got rid of my Neanderthal look. However I just paid $1,100 for a new skin, so is that just the skin or does that include the shape. I learned something new today.

If you buy a skin, it really is just the skin, but some skin sellers include a shape that has been tested and looks good with that particular skin. It should say so in the folder that came with the skin. But anyway, if you right-click your avatar and select Appearance, you can modify your shape to your heart's content-it has slider controls. All the shapes you can buy are just that-numbers in the appearance menu sliders!
