The way it is now works better, and is MUCH more intuitive.
Just click where the crosshairs are. That Touches whatever you have in the 'hairs.
The only thing is to get a pie-menu in ML, you have to Left-Right click in rapid succession. But at least you CAN now. Never could get Alt-In-ML to work in 1.2.
