Yes I did the form, it says it's wrong every time, yes I send numerous tickets. Yes I asked if I got a premium account or bought lindens would it verify me and NO!

If you buy lindens or becomes premium, even for only a month, you will not be "age verified", but will be "account verified" and have access to adult places like Zindra.

If your account is verified (payment information used) you also need to enable adult content in the viewer's preferences, under the general tab.
If the online age verification doesn't work and you need to be age verified as well as account verified, you have to verify manually by sending documentation to Linden Lab. _____________________

Seems no one gives a shit about this problem....
I asked linden labs in a ticket what I needed to do and someone told me I needed to scan and send them my social security card, my birth certificate, and two utilities. For one I am not giving them my social security number nor my birth certificate because it's unnecessary. I can go anywhere and buy anything else online and prove my age by my credit card---I should be able to in this case as well. |

I would be very leary of anyone asking for photocopies of all that stuff. That would flag my attension as to identity theft. The age verification is only to cross reference you to make sure that you are of age and the data isn't stored. I had problems with mine, because I had the wrong address and the social and address didn't match, I finally got it right and things were fine. My bank doesn't even want my birth certificate.

did you make sure your settings were set to allow you to access adult content? have to be on the 1.23 viewer under general.
