Spam Issue Help please

Hello, i'm sending a message cause my partner : Scarlette Clarity does need help, we've been sending report abuse and tried to contact administrators, or even in the owner of the problem, here is the problem, she keeps receiving a REALLY annoying and impossible spam to stand for example :

She does get this message permanantly every seconds and she's getting thousand and thousands messages like that can't read her screen and play, the tip jars is owned by Ade Franklin we've been trying to ask him to resolve that problem he just took off the tip jars for a few sec, it did stopped, then it put it back and the im's spams started all over again...
Coming to ask if you can help us please we tried to mute everything, the tip jars or whatever and if she doesn't put her self busy she will keep receive it, and it's really annoying. Could you help us please, do contact Scarlette Clarity or Toboe Ruby if you have the solution please. Thank you

I had something like this happen to me, what i did was click on detach all, this will remove all prim items attached to you , clear cache log out then log in and get dressed. Sometimes someone thinks its funny to attach an item to you without your knowledge

I've seen this with one of my beds, because I couldn't reset the scripts they only thing I could do was take it into my inventory and get a replacement. (which I did)

If the owner won't help, and LL won't, then just mute the owner/object and the messages will disappear.
