I have a 3.0 Pentium 4...1.5 Gig Ram...128 ATI 9800 video.

I tried maxxing all my options, and the game seems to run fairly smoothly. The graphics are certainly nowhere as impressive as an online game such as SWG, but for a basically client-based, slow framerate engine...it's really about what I expected.

When I go to a crowded area however, my video goes nuts. I checked the ATI thread above, but didn't see mention of my video problem. Everything starts blinking in rainbow colors, in a weird sort of psychedelic polygon show. If I were prone to seizures...this would definitely trigger one.

Any suggestions about adjusting my settings would sure be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Cuff

It sounds like the common vertex problem that's fixed in ATI's drivers they're developing right now.

When the next set of drivers comes out, the problem should go away.

(HAH! I kept SAYING that ATI couldn't code their way out of a paper bag, and I was RIGHT!)
