I have my visa on my account but why does my profile says there is NOT payment on file?

Is this your in-world profile? Several months ago, around the time the parcel changes were made to turn on the age verification thing and get rid of more obscure payment info options, things changed so that payment info on file (but not used) tends to show up as no payment info. The right stuff should still show up on your account web page. Payment info used should still show up as that.
