Visible Script Error Message - Looks like a piece of paper

Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I performed a forum search and cannot find the answer to this.
I picked up some free items (yes, I know, bad idea sometimes) and there was one called "Be Happy Attachment". I tried it and nothing happened except a small item looking like a piece of paper appeared on my screen near the floor of my castle. When clicked, I cannot pick it up, and the following message appears in a box on my screen:

Be Happy Attachment: Script trying to trigger animations but PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION permission not set
Be Happy Attachment: Script trying to trigger animations but PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION permission not set
Be Happy Attachment: Script trying to trigger animations but PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION permission not set

The attachment has been deleted long ago. Logging in and out has no effect. A search in inventory for "worn" and so on reveals this is no longer in my inventory and I am not wearing it.

Not a huge problem but it is mildly annoying. Can anyone offer advice to get this off my screen?

Thanks in advance.

The item is still there. Try using Ctrl-Alt-T to make invisible items highlight red. Likely it was something meant to be worn, rather than just rezzed. Delete it and everything should be fine. :)

Thank you! I did that and it's gone!
