When I try to login to Secondlife I get the following error message:

Login Failed
Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer.

I was logged into secondlife, logged out to log a different AV in and now get this message. I have tried clearing the cache and also uninstalling and reinstalling Secondlife. Still same problem. I am able to log into my account on a different pc on my same home network.

I also unistalled secondlife using Revo unistaller and installed an older version and still get the same problem.

Any assitance would be great. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your computer is IP or hash blocked, which means they think you were (or someone with your IP address was) doing something VERY bad. Contact support to find out why.

My pc is behind a dsl router and I am able to login with my account on another pc on that same router......my understand is they would only see the IP of my router correct? What is the has block? Is that based off a mac address or something? By the way I did try setting the pc to another static Ip address on my network instead or letting the router assign it one and it still did not work.

I don't know all the details, but I believe it includes such things at the MAC address and the GUID of your hard drives. You need to contact support.

You ought to also check https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-576
