to have frozen or crashed

I can't log in,and when I try, this message appears"Second life appears to have frozen or crashed on the previous run" when I report it ,nothing gets done.

Sending an error report gives them info on why you crashed the last time. And hopefully they can see patterns and correct the problem in the future. I do not believe they respond to crash reports. If you send a bug report seperate of the crash logger, you should see a reply.

You should still be able to log in after you send the error report. Can you get on and play at all? If you cant get online at all, send a message with your problem at the email Candie posted.

I cannot obtain the ignition of the game, already me abri another session, but it has the same problem
