Hi! Today, when I accessed my account from www.secondlife.com, I saw this message: Your account has been disabled by Linden Lab. Please Call 800-860-6990 during the hours of 9AM - 6PM PST, Monday - Friday. And I can't sign in on Second Life. Is it something temporarly? I received no warning...but anyway I did nothing wrong...why should I be banned from Second Life? |

That is their fraud hotline. Often it means that someone sold or gave you L$ that ultimately came from a stolen card. It doesn't necessarily mean that you did anything wrong, they do suspend accounts that are not directly involved, so they can clean up the mess. Give them a call like they ask.

800 numbers don't work outside of the USA, You can't connect to them.

Here are some more SL toll free billing numbers. I don't know if they are able to handle the fraud stuff, but it can't hurt to try if the number is local.
