Have you been able in the past to log on successfully?

Try throwing away the SL folder in ApplicationData (first save what you want from it, or even just move it to MyDocs or something to see if it helps).

It's in different places for different operating systems:
For Windows XP:
c:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Application Data\SecondLife\

For Windows Vista/7:
c:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\

I presume you have cleared your cache.

You do have the appdata - it might just be hidden (show hidden folders).

To clear cache - one way is to get your Preferences up (before you log in but can see the splash screen) then go to the Network tab, Clear Cache.

Also if you are wireless try wired.

Have you been able in the past to log on successfully? Or have you never logged in successfully from that computer?

I'd try clearing cache first.

What does the error message say? That picture is too blurry for me to read.

If your boyfriend has an SL account you could see if he can log in on your computer.

You can try turning your entire system off for a few minutes, computer, modem, router, whatever is involved.

You say "I have done everything". Could you break down a bit? Exactly what things have you done, and how did you do them?

Have you tried connecting from a different physical location, such as someone else's house?

To find your cache on your computer:

Open your "Computer" >
"Users" >
"[your name]" >
"AppData" >
"Roaming" >
find your Second Life folder and click on it
find your Second Life avatar name........delete that file

Restart SL (that folder will be rebuilt when you log in). You will probably have to enter your password again if you choose to "save password" .

I have done clearing my cache, deleting the fordler in appdata, uninstalling the game and reinstalle it.

the message say "We're having trouble connecting. There may be a problem with your internet connection or the Second life servers. You can either check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes, click help to connect to our support site, or click Teleport to attempt to teleport home."

it's like this since a while and don't know how to change this and i'm not on wifi and everything in the internet works excepte SL

ty for your reponce

It's sounds like a firewall on your computer, modem or router is blocking Second Life.

There's a knowledgebase article on the SL support site about configuring firewalls so SL works through them. Now that you know what the problem was, it'll help you get your firewall back up and running.
