I returned my things by accident and got the coalesced version. I remember it had "no copy" next to it because there were poses in it.
I rezzed it on my land, and it must have been over to the side enough to go onto my neighbor's land. They have no objects turned on so it couldnt put them on their land. And so it told me "Cannot rez object (name) ((I forgot the name, cuddle-something)) on parcel whatever because the owner doesnt give permission" since it was technically on their land a little.
So instead of going back to my lost and found folder it is now missing. I have checked everywhere and every coalesced object I have and it is nowhere.
What do I do?
I cleared my cache and restarted around 3-4 times by now and still nothing. It has been at least 45 minutes since this occured. Thank you

Coalesced Objects

I'm so sorry to have to break the news to you but most likely it's all gone. A few months ago I had taken up almost a full parcel worth of stuff including my beach house, trees, furniture, fish, and pose balls. They were all coalesced. I remembered something that I wanted was within those items that I wanted so I rezzed the coalesced object on my friend's land b/c I didn't have enough prims to rezz the whole thing. As soon as I did... poof, it was gone. Almost 10k worth of stuff gone forever. I filed a ticket and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done since at least one object was no copy and the land was not owned by me. That renders the whole coalesced object no copy. I was devestated. Never coalesce any NO COPY items.

I would send a well thought out note card to the creator of the object(s) you lost and explain what happened in detail and ask (emphasis on ask, not demand) they give you a replacement. Try to sound as pitiful as you possibly can.

That's a good idea and if you by chance have the transaction history for any of it, that would be helpful too.

Sounds like SVC-3521, which bit me a while ago and ate a really, really cool custom boat that's now gone forever from SL (the creator left). http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-3521From: SVC-3521 Rezzing a Coalesced Object with No-Copy Components too Close to Parcel Edge Causes Content Loss
