Nvidia Quadro NVS 320M - BAD Performance

I have a brand new HP compaq 8710p notebook with a Nvidia Quadro NVS 320M-256MB Grafic-Controller with the newest drivers (version 174.70 )- and I really hate the performance now -I need to know if there is something wrong with it - Do i need to make some fine-tunig with my settings???
I would really appreciate if you could give me some advices how to do it. In the Nvidia Control Center are a lot of special games settings to override like Sims, Warcraft, ... but NO Secondlife! So what i need to do? Maybee there is one of the games i could use the 3D-Settings for SL - but i really dont know which one is the most related to secondlife with the grafic.

Please help me - this notebook was expensive - and now i can`t use my SL (on my older notebook i had a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 256 MB - and SL was looking excellent then - NOW with the new notebook - it looks like a mess !!!!

EDIT: Now I already setup the drivers to nv4_disp 6.14.11.8047 (ForceWare 180.47) / XP that helps a little, but just in a smaller window.
