I cannot get a file to upload, keeps timing out, had no problems with this yesterday, but now it's suddenly a problem?

Well this gets better and better, now you cannot look at notecards either, or scripts, just tried to read a script as well. This has been corroborated by two other people in game so I know it's not just me.
