Extreme idle motions while sitting

I'm sitting on a barstool at Zoli's bar. At certain times, idle motions kick in (about 5 seconds after being idle) and I sway around in my chair, bending up to 90 degrees and rotating around. This is *before* I've even started drinking.

Any animation happening seems to temporarily sit me upright (e.g., someone typing, someone entering world, or the speech animation) Also moving the mouse or other 'unidling' action sits me straight up for a spell.

Imagine, bending 90 degrees above the waist, then rotating your torso around so your spine is twisted 180 degrees. This is what happening at the extreme of the motions.

Just to reinforce Sleepers point, this “swaying” action happens to everyone I have seen sit on anything, not just to her. However, I’ve only seen anyone sit on Shipley, so not sure about other sims.
