Can't Access Second Life

Help I can't access second Life and haven't been able to since Friday 7 May! Tried everything possible and still getting nowhere.. I've tried to access Knowledge Base for technical issues and a user ID is requested..does anyone know what this format is? I presumed it was my login name but apparently not. I've tried to email friends from my mailbox and get reports back from the postmaster saying unable to deliver.. My internet connection is fine and I can access everything but SL. I've emailed Linden Lab but as yet no response.. The message I get when trying to log tells me that the system may be down, please try again in a few mins.. The link from there says theres either a problem with sl or my internet connection.. Both appear fine to me and the next step is knowledge Base of which I can't access! I've also uninstalled and reinstalled SL twice since! Are there any technical Whizzes out trhere who can help me solve this? PLEASE!!!!:( Thanks Tyana:):confused:

I've tried absolutely everything I can think of! However today I managed to login no problem until just trying now and the same problems occurring again..not had this problem before:confused:

It sounds like it's probably a problem with your ISP though.

Can't access Knowledge Base

Hi.
I can't seem to log into Knowledge Base. At first I thought it was because I was in my trial membership. Now that I am a paying member, I still can't log in. I log into Forums and SL just fine. The message I get is: Login ID and password combo is invalid. The login ID is pre-filled out. I am sure I am typing my password correctly. The problem happens on different computers (home and work), so I don't think it has to do with the computer. Any suggestions?

No luck getting into Knowledge Base

Hi.
I tried again to log in, but no luck. A Linden support person sent me a notice that members could log into Knowledge Base to get help and that it was "open 24 hours a day" . It was a list of "answers to many frequently asked questions". I found the site under Service & Support, Knowledge Base.
When I go there, it requires me to log on. I can log on to all the other SL places, but not there. I am not trying to edit, or change, or converse at this site. I am just trying to log on to view a list of answers to questions that others have already asked and Linden has answered. That way I would be able help my self first, by reading wisdom.

Give me a clue how to get to Knowledge Base if it is possible for me to do so.

Sorry, I meant that you should email them to find out how to log into the Knowledge Base. I can log in fine -- my normal SL password works properly. If yours doesn't, it's a problem on their end. Or you're typing it in wrong. :)
