At random, SL makes my avies face just get chunky, fat, w/e. Changing shapes DOES NOT HELP, relogging DOES NOT HELP. It left for a while, then just came back today? Re-baking, editing appearance, DOES NOT HELP-(also)... Any ideas?

-Side note: Voice still only works once a day, after I crash because of some bs reason, log back in, voice is gone...so if anyone thinks they have a solution for that too, please share...

Thanks. :)

Try wearing different hair (the system stuff that's usually a baldy cap these days, not the prim stuff). That clears it up for a lot of people.

I've also noticed that the avatar detail seems to drop off too early in recent viewers, but when that happens it should bounce back on its own after a second or so.

Works perfectly, thank you so much. Well problem solved, I guess they can close this thread if they want to or not. XD

Have you noticed the polygons looking much more clunky and obvious too?

Before Windlight there was some mild software smoothing in there. When the rendering was switched over, that responsibility was given to the graphics driver. FSAA doesn't really work on all the cards out there, so yes, the flats that were always there will end up being more apparent for many now :/
