i just had my friend register me a second life account, and when i try to access it it tells me that it can't be accessed from this computer(i'm getting to it from his, i don't have a new video card) and also now it's telling him that he can't get his accounts either? what happened

yeah i got my bann set date, and it still gives me that message. Even my bro who has no bann cant log on. I'll explode if in 2 days its the same, 3 day bann after 3 day limbo of waiting for virdict.
