I just downloade the v 1.3.1 patch and now the program won't connect. It locks up right after I click connect and it freezes up my whole system....any ideas?

If you've made any changes to your system, that could be it.
Check to make sure your video drivers, motherboard chipset drivers, BIOS, and DirectX are all current.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling SL.
