another friend of me lost his avatar after a TP and as i can read Tito Gomez lost it too.... we all transformed to a woman and lost our avatars..... we want a responsible answer to that from costumers service....

Know what? This happened to me today.
Know what I did? I hit Edit > Appearance... > Cancel.
That's right. I went into appearance, and then back out. Know what? That fixed it. Know what is causing this? Small bits of packet loss at the wrong times making your client show you as something wrong, but everyone else sees you the right way. You're not losing your avatars, the client is just screwing up for a bit.
'course, if you're going back into Appearance and changing things around trying to -fix- it you just screwed yourself over...

It was funny and annoying, but all I had to do is restore my 'manly' look from the inventory.
