inventory and crash

since yesterday, seems after received a object, SL crashed, now, when i DL the inventory, i enter in the game before this inventory be totaly loaded, with the message saying i should not change appearance...etc...

Ok, i wait patiently that my inventory be downloaded, could wait indefinately, it is never finished to DL

When i click the inventory button.... BOOM ! SL crashes badly, shut off, without any message, when i restart it, it launches the bug report, and after loading, i return in the world, but, still problems with my inventory, so, today, i can do nothing, even my IM contact list is empty.

If you can, click Find and locate a Linden, tell them you may have a corrupted inventory object.
