For better or worse, the vote came back negative today on a proposal to delay the scripting competition by one week. This means that the scripting competition will go this weekend (Sunday, March 26, 9am). Please make sure that I have your entries by 9am this Sunday if you wish to participate (giving folks a few more hours than the original midnight deadline should be ok).
If we are unable to find a satisfactory entry this weekend, I will propose at the regularly scheduled sunday meeting (the time set aside for judges to consider entries) that we extend the deadline by two weeks. I do not anticipate that this is likely, however.
Folks who are unable to meet this sunday's deadline should still work on making the Best Box Office, I think, as box offices with different capabilities might have a market as DI goes away.

Ok the problem with this being bumped (though I understand why it seemed logical to do so) is that scripters NEVER read the event discussion.
The intended audience was scripters who specifically asked me to post in General and Scripting Tips. So folks, I tried. lol *shrugs* _____________________
