Free Event Site. No excuse not to host an event

Another exercise in generosity.

Have you been wanting to host an event and have no land of your own to do so? Event hosting can be a lucrative endeavor, if you follow the guidelines.

I have a 1024m plot that I am not really using and I am offering it to the public as a free resource for event hosting. All you have to do is talk to me and arrange a schedule for use. The 1024m plot allows you to design the site as needed, you have full control over the event environment.

This plot is primarily for those without land that would like to host an event and make a little money in the process. This space can also be used by those that do not wish to host events on their own land.

The rules may change if this becomes a popular venue for event hosting, but for now it is a hosts dream come true! All you have to do is IM me and tell me what day you want to use the land.

So far, the rules are simple. They may change if demand dictates it.

1. IM me and tell me you want the land for an event on a certain day.
2. One event per day, first come first served.
3. Once granted permission, the event host has use of the land the entire day, 24 hours. This allows you the feedom to build stages and displays at your leisure.
4. The event must follow guidelines prescribed that are eligible for Linden funding. The event site is PG and must be open to all.
5. If you do not wish to make a unique venue, a stage can be provided, free of charge.
6. There is a 50% (probably 90%, but I do have a life) chance that I can be on hand to provide security at the event, ie: griefer disipline and banning as needed. Lindens should be contacted for in depth control.
7. This service is completely free! No fees for use will be charged.

The location is remote. It is in Palomarian and rather quiet most of the time. This site is best suited for discussion events and contests. The remote location assures that those in attendance have made an effort to be there and are active, willing, participants. There is little chance of "fly-by griefing". Those that attend your event in this location have made an effort to be there.

This is an open offer for those that are considering hosting an event. If you are a novice at event hosting, I am more than willing to help make your first event a success. Come on guys, I know you want to do this. This offer is extended to the entire community, but mostly for those that have no land and desire a venue for communication to the masses.

By the way, inspiration for this project was a guy who IM the Awakening Avatars group looking for an event site. I decided at the spur of the moment to let him use the site I am offering and it worked out well for him. He had a project idea but no place to present it.
