London Bombs

For myself and my son, I am feeling very lucky today...we were in Tavistock square yesterday.
Some families in London will never see again the people they waved goodbye to this morning. Thoughts are with them and all those affected by these terrible bombs. Cali

Not being a Londoner, but having taken the tubes especially from Kings Cross I can just imagine the pure hell those caught experienced. I do have family there and thank God they are safe. My wishes and hugs go out to our British SLers and their families. You were there for 9-11 and I hope we can be there for you! I plan to be there tonight!! Thanks again RR you are a great man!

I would like to extend my thanks to the more than 80 avies (many of whom where in London at the time of the attacks) who took time out to join us at the vigils. It was totally awesome to see how the memorial grew into this beautiful organic, SL avie created tribute to those in London. Also that we all could have such a respectful event atleast for this one moment in time.
Thanks go out to Robin Linden for help in finding the spot and allowing its use. FlipperPA Peregrine who donated the structure that you all can place your tokens on. Pathfinder Linden for setting up the condonlence boards scattered on the structure for those to leave a message.
