I've only been on here for a few days, but I've heard some really interesting, cool music in some of the places I've been.
Is there any way to see the artist and song title of the song being played? So I can go out and "buy" that music.
If not, that would be a really cool addition.

As a rule, "no." But it depends on the source of the music (the web source), and the club or venue you're at.
So, for example, if the music comes from a SHOUTCAST server, it often includes the song info in the data stream. But then, the CLUB you're at, must put up a sign board or have some mechanism for displaying the information to you. Look around...you may find the information on a wall...or sometimes floating as 'hovertext' over the SL stereo object.
Alternatively, you can just ask the DJ for the URL of the music...there's often a website associated with each music source, which will give you the info you're after. If not, try listening to the stream in a stream player (such as iTunes) that will play music and display the song info at the same time.

IM me in world, I have a board the picks up and displays the stream name, the song playing and past few songs played. It's 61 prims so be aware of your prim limit. I use it then take it away as soon as Im done.
