Is there a way to set an event as recurring so I don't have to put the same event in each week?

Not that I know of, but you CAN edit the same event over & over and just keep changing the date. Hope that helps. Patrick Playfair

Samhain - my advice.... either save your event text to a notecard, or when you carry forward your event to another day, make sure you leave one out there that's not carried forward so you have something to refer to. I had a recurring event deleted recently that I've been having nearly every day since September. (Freebie Exchange Party). I've been carrying that event forward, like a template, every day. Over time, I had the event text tweaked down just perfectly the way I wanted it, and since I've been having it for so long without issue, I had assumed (silly me) that it fit within the guidelines. Once the event was deleted, and since I didn't save the text to a notecard, I had nothing to refer back to when re-tweaking the event to try to better fit it within the guidelines. Because different Lindens police the event calendar at different times, and the event posting rules leave much open for interpretation, your mileage may vary depending on the Linden on duty. Just because you see a similar event elsewhere, or have your own prior history in holding it, does not mean that your event is "safe" from deletion. Hope this helps! Travis
