That's right, the land will be returned to Salazar Jack for re-integration in the Davenport Forest. Join me for the final, tearful goodbye. After almost two years of existence, in one form or another, TMK will be "vanishing". At the end of this event, the land will be barren.
Say goodbye to SL's home for classic gaming culture! While I've wanted to maintain my land over these past months, the truth is that I don't have the time to invest in my many on-line projects and so the SL initiative of mine will have to be cut.
I hope that some of you can make the visit!

Damn. Well, I don't have enough land for the proper incarnation of TMK as it is, but if any of the folks who had a vendor or something there need a place to sell/display stuff (who don't already have their own place) I can offer a little space on my own land.

I just went to visit - TMK is my neighbor, and I've always enjoyed flying by but haven't spent a lot of time there. Goodwrench, things change and we all move on but your Mushroom Kingdom will be remembered. Can't you get a Rez-Foo and then keep it in a box somewhere? Take it out on special occasions?

Thanks for the kind words, all. I appreciate that there are definitely a few of you that found instpiration at TMK. I'm really looking forward to letting SL "ferment" a while and then returning (again, again) with a fresh perspective.

This is just a friendly reminder that tonight The Mushroom Kingdom will be closing. Join me at 6PM PST and watch as it all goes "poof" at 7PM on the dot. I am saddened by it, but it will happen none-the-less.
