Toys For Tots Fundraiser - Call to Builders

Hey Everyone,

I'm here to announce a fundraiser for Toys for Tots that will be happening very soon. Me and my wife MeriJayne Hornpipe have gotten together and started an event similar to this years relay for life on the Awesometastic Sim. Currently we're looking for more builders to fill up the remaining parcels we've layed out for display. If any of you are interested in participating, please get a folder together named "TFT - YOUR NAME" & drop it on ONLY Kismet Muromachi. Include pics of things you've built in the past, not neccesarily xmas stuff, just whatever you're proud of, Prim stuff only, not clothing. Me, MeriJayne and the rest of the officers will then screen all the entries and contact you if you were selected. Once selected, you will be invited to a group which will have access to the Awesometastic sim, as it is invisible for the time being. Only builders are allowed until the day of the event.

We are also looking for a radio station(s) to broadcast during the event & if your interested, please drop a single notecard with the following:

Station url
Names of ppl in charge
Genre of music you play (if any)


**Builds for the Fundraiser - In Depth**

We're looking for seasonal builds, doesn't have to be christmasy persay, but something wintery. Also please, we're covered as far as gingerbread houses go.. no more please lol. I also want to point out that the sim is mature, but the builds need to remain PG, this is after all a fundraiser for kids. If you have something in mind that might be pushing it or your not sure, please run it by an officer of the event. I'll be listing the officers later on in this thread.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND IMs REGARDING THIS EVEN TO KISMET OR MERIJAYNE... ADDRESS EVERYTHING IN FOLDERS / NOTECARDS.
Even though this event is similar to relay for life, it's not like it. This event is pretty much only being coordinated by Myself and MeriJayne, it's not (as of yet) being co-sponsored by Linden Lab. If you do have any questions, please feel free to reply to this thread as I will be checking back from time to time to answer them.


Also In conjunction with the fundraiser benifitting Toys for Tots, we are hosting the Unofficial Christmas Tree of SL & Invite everyone to create an ornament to put on the christmas wall. but I'll explain the details of that in another post.

All procedes go to the Toys for Tots Charity Foundation, neither me nor anyone will be receiving any money from this, this is all volunteer.
