Unusual Event Posting Probs (is this the correct forum?)

First of all my sincere apologies if this is not the ideal location to post this. Please please move it if necc.

I have posted tons of events successfully in the past...butttt...this week nothing is working for me.
The situation is that in our newest sim, Salutaris 4, we are trying to post live concerts this weekend, for each performer.
I have 2 plots there and have tried posting to those LMs. None show up as "my parcels". I have tried setting them to a group that i own. Again, not under group parcels in the location pulldown on events. In fact, nothing in that entire sim will show up as a possible posting location. I have ran through the about land menus and estate/region menus trying to find the problem. Even the sim owner has had this same problem!!! and she owns 80% of the land. As far as i know only one post has successfully been posted by the sim owner to a location/tp inside that sim.
Is there something we are just overlooking in our frantic state??? We have several concerts lined up there this weekend (along with other events) that all need to be posted in the appropriate time/date, category, etc.

This is the right place Is your parcel set to hangout? That's usually why they are not in the listing when you go to post..." is set to show in Search Places as a Hangout."
