I have set my land to Show in Search Places as a Hangout already, but one of my friends is still not able to post event notices for me at my parcel. How should i change my land options so that she will have no limit to post the notices at my place for me?
I still have some questions about second life, but I cant find the live help in the "Help"pull down menu in the word any more since SL was updated yesterday. was Live Help cancelled? if not, where is it ? ?
Please tell me if you have the answers to them , your helps will be pretty appericated :)

Create a group, with you as the owner and your friend as ordinary member, deed the land to the group. That way you still control the land (and can sell it back to yourself should you wish to) and your friend gets the ability to post events at your parcel.

Live Help is dead I'm afraid. It was a decision of the Lindens effective since the last update.

I did deed my land to my group, and my friends is the other owner of the group. but my friend still fail to find the parcel on the pulldown menu of Locations on the event webpage. As Lindens said, the parcel is owned by a group that you are a member of, and is at least 512 square meters; The parcel belongs to a friend, it is set to show in Search Places as a Hangout, and is at least 512 square meters, which are 2 of ways to share the parcel with others. but the parcel doesnt show up in the pulldown menu on events webpage for others. How to set the options and have my parcel worked for my friend? any tips are much appericated.

Make sure your friend is wearing the groups tag when he tries to post. That might be what the problem is.

If your land is in a Mature region, it won't show up in searches unless the user has "Show Mature Content" checked, and I don't think that option exists on the web site so mature places just don't show up there. Kinda sucks.

I know we all want to trust our friends, but be careful here. As a fellow owner in the group, they could sell the land to anyone (themselves) without your permission. Under normal use, there is no reason to give out full owner permissions to anyone but yourself. Additionally, you can't "demote" the friend from owner, they would need to voluntarily step down.
