Hi there! I want to have a photo contest for the main picture on my website. http://clubworks.co.ccBefore I actually have a contest or anything...I would like to ask if these prizes seems fair, considering that I would want full usage of the winning pics: 1st prize 1000L 2nd 500L 3rd 200 4th 200 5th 50 A friend told me that I should just hire a professionl photographer with the 2K...but I would rather see what happens with a contest. Any comments? - zg

Contest is a better way to go. You get a lot more options for your money, it's fun, and could give someone exposure that may have not been seen otherwise. Plus taking pictures is just fun!

Yeah, I'd definately go for the contest - But make sure to note if you want exclusive use of all photos, whether you use them or not.
The 50L prize may seem a tad small to some, but really.. Everyone should be aiming for the top prize!

I would go with the contest. Think about how you want to judge the photos. You might want to use a panel of judges who you know and trust their taste.
