First off, it's a *bad idea* (read: not permitted) to post chatlogs with names on the forums.
Secondly, I can see such a scheme being instantly abused by random gangs of 'bounty hunters' targetting players with assets they would like for themselves.
So in a word, NO. Let LL handle griefers and bannage their own way.

This place does exist. It is called "The Cornfield"
basically suspended SLers wind up in this cornfield.
What I think would be a great idea is a tourbus that lets users visit the cornfield. either to visit the convicted, or to throw tomatoes.
