I'm looking for some input...I've built a really nice Christmas themed dance hall, and I'm thinking about renting it out so residents can throw holiday parties.
So, the question is....what do you think would be a fair hourly rate to charge for use of the club?
If you'd like to check the place out, TP over to Wicked Isle, and use one of the island TP stations, select #4 on the menu, Sky Club.
