Deadline to post an event to get Linden support

Hi, all!!!

I've been planning my first event since yesterday and wanted to hold it today. I just found out the coords where I plan to have it as i was busy doing all the behind the scenes stuff for. I went to the website to post my event and I saw that to get Linden support, you have to post it by midnight the night before. My question is this... Is that a hard and fast rule? Today is the best day for me to have and I really need the support to get paid back for the prize money. Any clarification on this would be great!!!

You might want to go in-game and ask Live Help, on the off chance a Linden is listening in.

I actually asked the same question about a week ago, and one of the Lindens told me that it was OK to post on short notice, but that it might take some extra time to get paid for the event. I guess the lead time helps them get their workflow scheduled properly, or something.

However...it was one of the newer Lindens who responded, and there's a chance he was mistaken himself.

Double-checking with Live Help is probably your best bet, before you put yourself out running the event.
