Ok meatbags...i'm tired of looking at the events tab and getting depressed so i think this weekend i am going to support an Event for Teaching how to create Gestures, this will include steps for getting sounds to making the complex anims stringed together with chat and sound. Anyone willing to come who knows how please do! I dont wish to be the only person to set this up, plus anyone know a close by place to hold this event?
I never held an event before but i am sick of wasting time for something good thats not a club or some stupid junk sale. Everyone is welecome to come, and anyone advanced in skills of gestures please do come, more in help we can get, more this event will hit off! I only ask you advanced guys make at least 3 of your advanced gestures free for everyone to pick up. All beginners who come, i will be giving boxes of:
Seperate sounds/Seperate complete gestures/Basic gestures for people to work on at the event/and lastly, a website for a decent MP3 splitter that i used forever!

In world, you will find me in the WA area, Korriban, if not there, prolly roaming around SL. There is no real place i stay at too long, cuz i get bored standing around very easily. You can find me just by IM'ing me i will respond to you whenever i can hehe just track me down any time, I will let u guys know the week i hold the event, for now i am just posting what i plan to do, i need to get more people willing to mentor noobs, AND get more noobs/regulars who might actually show up!

I would love to know more about creating gestures... I have done a bit.. but shows you my level of know how.. I split the last one up by hand in a wave editor... having a simpler way of doing that would be worth it alone.
Also, if you want, I have an extra 1024 lot in the sim Sand that can be used as an area to hold it at. It is in a mature sim so even working on gestures of a more mature theme is ok. Let me know if you want to use it... I will pick up a few objects to give us a few more prims to work with. All sounds fun. Yay Pypo! |
