This weekend should see completion of construction on a small Jazz Club in Tamsi Called "The Black Bird" The Music is a Good Mix of Old and New Jazz, and Blues. There will be Dancing, and I Hope even Some performances as time goes on. It's been designed to be Very atmospheric, Film Noire Circa 1932.
I AM looking for Jazz Musicians who can stream live performances, Any Style of Jazz. so if you are Interested please contact me In Game.
Interest in it has been Pretty high, and I'm Looking forward to Hosting it.

I'm a SL newbie who is a jazz pianist in RL. I haven't yet figured out how to do a Shoutcast... might you know of any resources for beginners getting their music onto SL?

Flaming Moe is my recommendation as well.. but he's out of SL for a few more months.
I make and DJ a lot of modern jazz, jazz fusion, nujazz stuff. I have a great dj set i do of Spy Electronica.... it's 1930s and 40s jazz loops mixed in with current electronica beats.
