Are you a previous member of Crimson Falls? Were you sad to see it go? I was on both accounts. But there's new to make you happy! It's coming back!! I have no part in this, except donating Lindens I get, but upon seeing it, I decided to spread the word.

If you want CF back, then goto Koreshan and donate there to help bring it back!

thats right, if me and draccy can get the scratch together, we're planning on resurecting the old Village, and sprucing it up a little for the next generation. Draconic will know all the concrete plans that have been setup so far, but i know we've got the donation board going in Koreshan (the former crimson falls island ), and will be accepting donations in person as well.
we're hoping that once we have the funds, we can bring the village back to its former glory, and will be making it more of an RP zone then it was in the past. with Koreshan holding our main stores now, Crimson will no longer need to be overcrowded with vendors like it did in the past.
we will also be having residental areas again, and will encourage people to live in our haunted little burg once again. it sounds like the rentals will be a bit more then they usetobe, but they will remain reasonable, and you'll retain a good prim count as always. for the exact details, IM Draconic about that though.

glad to see people still love the old place, and want to see it return as much as we do! ^^

Count me in. My first Seclimine store was in Crimson Falls. I created a whole history of the drug based on CF. I'd love to have another store there. In fact, I'll create a version of Seclimine specifically for CF if anyone is interested.

I'll be there tonight after work. Can't wait to see it again!

I didn't say "whole history of durgs" I said "a whole history of THE drug", I was refering to just Seclimine.

Just to clarify, Seclimine is an interactive virtual drug that I created in SL. A fictional story about why it was created and how it became used recreationally was developed by the role playing that occured in CF. The billboard I still use to advertise was created by the brilliant Chicanery who was one of the designers of CF.

Ive been looking for and RP sim in SL for a while... is this a proper RP sim? if i search for Roleplay inside SL all i get is damn BDSM RP not normal RP( nothing to with e-sex).

Trust me, CF was an amazing RP sim. Matter of fact, on my first visit there I got involved with it in 5 min. About 30 min after that, I had rented my first house in the village. Amazing place, was very sad when it went bye-bye. Given the chance, and if I have the money, I would join back in an instant!

edit: Just occurred to me that I didn't explain anything about how the RP was...either way, it was basically like you stepped into Silent Hill, and there were weapons scattered around the city and such that you could use for the combat system to kill zombies, ward patients, etc. Well thought out and Executed. And the place really was built well to add to the RP, all it needed was fog, and it would've been perfect, which is why I tried creating a fog system for it, but my scripting skills were not up to par at the time. Oops, went off topic. Anyway, if you like horror RP, CF was the place to go. And as soon as I get a chance to log on, they can look forward to me donating to get it up and running again. Hell, I'll even offer any service they need, whether its scripting or building, I'll help them out for free...or a spot in the village.
