Im looking to set up a small housing community (rentals) centered around a dance club. I have ideas and themes in my head but nothing solid yet. Is there any programers, builders, and or artist out there interesting in getting involved in a project with me. Not looking for highend "pros" just people like me that wants to do something and learn more about SL in the process. Maybe if things go well, we would move on to something bigger and profitable.

Another builder and minor scripter here, ready to help if possible. I've done several small, one-off projects with different themes, including a natural den-home for my furry character, an aircraft hangar, and several scripted gadgets and toys.
I'm always happy to participate in different builds. If you IM me in-world, I'll happily show off my work, and whip up a sample of whatever you might have in mind.
