another definite yes.
But, I think that adobe are not releasing any updates for it to run with Vista as CS3 is designed specifically with Vista in mind.

The only problem I ever have is sometimes it tells me to "Please reinstall your graphic tablet software" but I think there is a fix for that and I think its on the tablet side not PS.
