Hi all, I need help with this game. I feel so confused. I cannot fly or walk forward all I can do is turn left and right. I have turned the flying mode on ...this does nothing... I'm just stuck in one spot and all I can do is look around me...I can't move. Please help me..lol Thank you.

I'm located in the south of the United States...Also I have reloaded the game and restarted my pc about 5 times, if not more. The rain just finished, it is now drizzling, however the two bars to my right of the screen stayed black...They didn't go to yellow or anything.....

That usually happens when your connection to the server is too slow.
It could be that the server is having a bad day, your connection is bad, or that you're on dialup (SL does not work on dialup). |

I have cable connection, which I hardly ever have any problems from as far as lagging or bad internet connection.

If you're using one of those wireless services, then the rain might have been your problem. They don't work well for the high, sustained transfers of the sort that is SL.
If you've DSL or cable, go check on your speed: http://www.broadbandreports.com/stest If it's not up to snuff, call your provider. Hope this helps! _____________________

Grace, what type of computer do you have? have you compared it to what's required to run SL? it's a beast and doesn't run well on anything with fairly low stats.
so.. what kinfd of CPU? Ram? etc.. _____________________
