Sorry if this is in the wrong forum... Today I tried to login to my main account and got a message that my account was disabled. It said to visit the website to reactivate my account... so I did just that and couldn't find any information on how to reactivate my account. What exactly does this mean? I made this character and logged on and tried to do a search for that account and the name doesn't come up!! I don't even know that I did anything wrong... so what is the meaning for something like this to happen?

It means you have to call LL and have them re-enable the account. Usually they are disabled for non-payment.

I thought that might be the case... but if so why wouldn't the message just say that?? Argh, it just confuses poor people like me I'm not sure though... I'm very wary of giving out personal info online, much less credit card info. Is LL/SL really safe to hand that info out to?

If you don't feel comfortable with using a CC or DC then find somewhere that sells the American Express Gift Cards or some other gift card from a CC company. I used the AmerExp gift cards when I was paying for my premium account. You can get them for up to $200 USD and have a year to use them before they start charging a small fee. They expire in 2 years but are re-chargable through AmerExp.
