Hello,
I am really new to all this and am searching all the forum but I guess I am not asking the proper question.
I have a 512 first land and a house, when I add items, chairs, tables etc that I get from yard sales or new, it says I have no more space alotted. I guess the prims for my home is 117 and I am at 116.
Is there a way to get more prim# or remove the prims from the objects or any way to add more things?

I would really like to add more items to the home.
Thank you.

Sadly the only way to get more prims, is to get more land. As for removing prims, sometimes you can, sometimes ya can't, depends on the permissions of the objects. If you are like many new players and can't afford more land off hand, I can show you a couple need tricks for prim conserving. If your interested, contact me in world in about an hour and I'll be more than happy to help you out. :)

With your own land, it's a matter of choosing what you want to use.

- there are low prim houses available that still look great. But they cost a little. The free houses are often bulky when it comes to prims

- look up the low prim builders (shop around a LOT) for furniture and other items. Low prims means using a lot of textures to make things look good.

Latexena,
As Marcuw suggested, look for the low prim houses. I recommend Damani's. 18 prims on a 2 story house that fits on a 512m lot. I've personally bought from him and he's pretty cheap. But, there are others that are equally as low. They do it by using textures for the windows instead of prims as well as a few other tricks like a teleporter instead of stairs.

Also, always go into edit mode and check the prim count of the furniture you want to buy BEFORE you buy it. Remember, fancy generally = high prim. But, really good builders can overcome this with the use of some ingenious textures. With some careful shopping at low prim dealers, you can have a nice place.

Artwork... while it looks nice, in your basic 117prim starter home, forget about it until after you have everything else. You'll prob, have 1 or 2 prims left over that you can afford a painting, rug, or simple statue.

You might also consider buying another 1st land parcel within your sim. Yes, this will bump you into the 1st tier. But, you will get the extra prims you might want. Land doesn't need to be adjacent to get the prim counts. Talk to your neighbors and their neighbors. One might be willing to sell to you.
