Refund for Downgrading to Basic?

Hi,
I have tried searching for the answer before blogging here, so forgive me if this is a repeat question...
I prepaid my account for 1 year to get in at the $6/month fee.
If I downgrade to Basic now, I realize there is a $9.95 penalty fee, but do I get the rest of my money refunded back?

Nope. The downgrade can be ordered now but won't take effect untill your pepaid year is up.

Keep your premium status. You can't get a refund for anything, so you might as well collect the stipend and use your land allocation.
